Review: Jádro podniku Československé státní zbrojovky v Brně vystavěné v letech 1925-1929 je v České republice ojedinělým příkladem meziválečné průmyslové architektury, primárně vystavěné ke kombinované, sériové výrobě zbraní a automobilů. Mimo tradiční architektonickou, případně stavebně-technickou hodnotu navíc lokalita umožňuje i mimořádně zajímavý pohled na vliv průmyslového podniku a nejužšího vedení firmy při formování dějin 20. století. Autor článku stručně popisuje okolnosti vzniku a vývoje současného největšího brněnského brownfield a nastiňuje možný vývoj lokality, který doposud nedisponuje žádnou formou památkové ochrany. V závěru autor nastiňuje možné využití vytipovaných objektů a zdánlivě neutěšitelnou situaci porovnává s minulostí industriálních souborů budov v Ostravě, které již v současné době mají své nové využití. ; The Czechoslovak state arms factory in Brno, built in 1925-1929, is a unique example of interwar industrial architecture in the Czech Republic, primarily used for the combined mass production of weapons and vehicles. In addition to its traditional architectural and constructional-technical value, the area also offers an extremely interesting insight into the influence of the industrial enterprise and its senior management in shaping the history of the 20th century. The article briefly describes the circumstances of the origin and evolution of Brno's largest current brownfield and outlines the possible development of the area, which so far has no heritage protection of any kind. In conclusion, the author outlines the possible use of selected buildings and compares the seemingly inconsolable situation with the recent history of the aggregates of industrial buildings in Ostrava that currently enjoy a new use. ; Das Kernstück der zwischen 1925 und 1929 gebauten Tschechoslowakischen staatlichen Waffenfabrik ist ein in der ČR einzigartiges Beispiel der Industriearchitektur aus der Zwischenkriegszeit, das in erster Linie für eine kombinierte Serienfertigung von Waffen und Fahrzeugen entstanden ist. Abgesehen vom traditionellen architektonischen, gegebenenfalls bautechnischen Wert erlaubt die Lokalität zudem einen außerordentlich interessanten Einblick auf den Einfluss eines Industriebetriebs und dessen engster Führungsspitze auf die Formung der Geschichte im 20. Jh. Der Autor des Artikels beschreibt in aller Kürze die Umstände der Entstehung und Entwicklung des derzeit größten Brünner Brownfields und umreißt eine mögliche Entwicklung der Lokalität, die gegenwärtig noch keinerlei Form von Denkmalschutz genießt. Abschließend zeigt er eine mögliche Umnutzung ausgewählter Objekte auf und vergleicht die vermeintlich desolate Situation mit der Vergangenheit von Industrie-Baukomplexen in Ostrau, die derzeit schon eine neue Nutzung erfahren haben.
