| Review: Nové využití technických a průmyslových staveb je problematika, která se netýká jen památkově chráněných objektů, ale celého dochovaného fondu výrobně technických staveb a areálů. Přístupy k jejich uvedení do života jsou velmi rozmanité a vždy odvislé od jejich stavební struktury. Celkově fond představuje poměrně rozmanitý stavební potenciál , který se daří teprve v poslední době postupně uvádět do života . Nelze se vyhnout některým chybám, ale v mnohých případech je nastartována dobrá cesta napomáhající zachovat prostřednictvím jiného využití původní výrobní objekty a tím posílit i povědomí o nich.Review: Finding new uses for technical and industrial buildings is an issue that concerns not only historically protected buildings, but the entire surviving fund of technical manufacturing buildings and facilities. Approaches towards bringing them to life vary widely and always depend on the structure of each individual building. The fund holds a relatively diverse overall construction potential that has been possible to revive only recently. There are some mistakes that can not be avoided, but in many cases a good path has been undertaken which helps to maintain the original manufacturing buildings through different usage, thus strengthening awareness about them as well.Review: Die Um- oder auch Neunutzung von Technik- und Industriebauten ist eine Problematik, die nicht nur unter Denkmalschutz gestellte Objekte betrifft, sondern den erhaltenen Gesamtbestand von produktionstechnischen Bauten und Anlagen. Die Verfahrensweisen bei ihrer Umsetzung sind ganz verschieden und hängen jeweils von der konkreten Baustruktur ab. Der Gesamtbestand stellt ein relativ vielfältiges Baupotential dar, dessen sukzessive Revitalisierung erst seit jüngerer Zeit gelingt. Zwar sind dabei Fehler unvermeidlich, doch wird in den meisten Fällen ein guter Weg eingeschlagen, mittels einer anderen Nutzung die ursprünglichen Produktionsanlagen zu retten und somit im Bewusstsein zu bewahren. |
