Bohužel tato zařízení, i z pohledu laického velmi atraktivní, se v mnohých případech nacházejí na pokraji zájmu. ; The technical equipment of each building forms its important and integral part and deserves the same attention as any other part of the building, and not only during the building's reconstruction but during the actual repair and subsequent operation. As attractive as this equipment may seem from a lay perspective, however, in many cases it unfortunately lies outside the realm of interest. ; Technische Gebäudeeinrichtungen sind ein wichtiger, nicht wegzudenkender Bestandteil eines jeden Gebäudes. Diesen Einrichtungen muss zwangsläufig eine gleiche Aufmerksamkeit wie jedem anderen Gebäudeteil gewidmet werden, und das nicht nur bei dessen Rekonstruktionsprojekt, sondern auch während der eigentlichen Reparaturen und dem anschließenden Betrieb. Leider werden diese auch aus der Sicht des Laien sehr attraktiven Einrichtungen in vielen Fällen nur ganz am Rande beachtet.
