Recenze: Text se zamýšlí nad současnými společensko-kulturními příčinami ohrožení celistvosti a kvality Pražské památkové rezervace z pozice památkového aktivisty. Důraz v kritice současné situace klade zejména na tyto tři aspekty: a) postupnou ztrátu autenticity historické materie v důsledku nerespektování odborných památkářských zásad a metodických doporučení; b) nekoncepčnost v nastavení pravidel zacházení s historickým městem, neboť současná pravidla platná na území Pražské památkové rezervace jsou natolik obecná, že umožňují nejednoznačný až protichůdný výklad; c) nesvědomitý a z hlediska budoucnosti nezodpovědný přístup k rozhodování v památkářské praxi výkonné složky státní památkové péče, který se projevuje nerespektováním názoru složky odborné u nejzávažnějších památkových případů. Závěrem je konstatováno, že Praha disponuje velmi bohatým a stále ještě velmi hodnotným památkovým fondem, jehož postupné ochuzování, kterého se přirozeným stárnutím a opotřebením nelze zcela vyvarovat, je bohužel uvedenými negativními trendy několikanásobně a lehkomyslně urychlováno. ; This essay considers the current socio-cultural causes behind the threat to the integrity and quality of the Prague heritage reservation as seen by a heritage activist. It primarily emphasizes three aspects in critique of the current situation: a) the gradual loss of authenticity of historic material resulting from a lack of respect for professional heritage principles and methodic proposals; b) the lack of oversight and philosophy involved in the establishment of rules on how to manage a historic town, since the current rules being applied to the Prague heritage reservation are so general that they permit ambiguous and self-contradictory interpretations; and c) the unconscientious and irresponsible (as regards the future) approach to decision-making in the working practices of the national cultural heritage care executive bodies, as demonstrated by the disregard for the opinions of the professional component in the most serious cases of heritage care. The conclusion states that Prague possesses a very rich and (still) very valuable cultural heritage fund, the impoverishment of which (as a result of the unstoppable process of natural aging and wear) is sadly being exponentially and recklessly accelerated by the negative trends as stated in the essay. ; Der Text reflektiert die soziokulturellen Ursachen für die Bedrohung von Unversehrtheit und Qualität der Prager Denkmalreservation aus dem Blickwinkel eines Denkmalschutz-Aktivisten. Der Nachdruck in der Kritik an der derzeitigen Situation liegt vor allem auf folgenden drei Aspekten: a) schleichender Authentizitätsverlust der historischen Materie infolge von Nichtrespektierung fachmännischer denkmalpflegerischer Grundsätze und methodischer Empfehlungen; b) Konzeptionslosigkeit bei der Aufstellung der Regeln für den Umgang mit der historischen Stadt. Die derzeit für das Gebiet der Prager Denkmalreservation geltenden Regeln sind so allgemein gefasst, dass sie mehrdeutige, ja sogar widersprüchliche Deutungen zulassen. c) fahrlässige und im Hinblick auf die Zukunft verantwortungslose Beschlussfassungen in der Praxis der für die Denkmalpflege zuständigen Exekutivorgane, die dazu führen, dass die fachliche Stellungnahme der Denkmalpflege auch in schwerwiegenden Fällen übergangen wird. Abschließend wird festgestellt, dass Prag über einen sehr reichen und immer noch sehr wertvollen Denkmalfonds verfügt, dessen sukzessive Verarmung infolge von natürlicher Alterung und Abnutzung unvermeidbar ist, jedoch leider Gottes durch die umrissenen negativen Trends leichtfertig um ein Vielfaches beschleunigt wird.
