| Rozsah a obsah: Nejmladší stavbou areálu NKP je budova nové vrátnice a administrativy, jejíž obnova proběhla byla dokončena v roce 2010. Objekt, půdorysně ve tvaru L, svými cihelnými fasádami dobře doplňuje původní architektonické ztvárnění areálu. Pro jeho obnovu byla zvolena metoda šetrné konverze při zachování původního vzhledu, kterého bylo dosaženo minimálními zásahy do fasád v podobě prolomení vstupu do nově zřízené kavárny a nahrazení nepůvodních oken kopiemi s původním členěním. Využití 1.nadzemního podlaží pro administrativní účely dovolilo zachování téměř všech vnitřních dispozic. Nově doplňované stavební materiály byly voleny v duchu odpovídajícímu době výstavby budovy. Akcentován byl přístup zhodnocení hlavních prostor doplněním původních dlažeb a obkladů z dochovaných stavebních prvků v kontrastu s novými technicistními prvky.Recenze: The youngest structure of this complex is the new gatehouse and administrative building, the renovation of which was completed in 2010. The brick facades of this L-shaped building are a fitting complement to the original architectural rendering of the complex. The method selected for its renovation was one which would sensitively preserve it while retaining its original appearance, reached with a minimum of interventions into the facade. This involved breaking an entrance into the new café and replacing the non-original windows with copies that reflected the original articulation. Nearly all of the interior layouts were retained by using the 1st upper floor for administrative purposes. The materials used to fill in the new construction work were selected to correspond with the time the building was built. The value of the main spaces was emphasized by filling in the original floor and wall tiles from original constructional elements in contrast with new technical elements.Recenze: Der jüngste Bau auf dem Werksgelände ist das neue Eingangs- und Verwaltungsgebäude, dessen Renovierung im Jahr 2010 begonnen und vollendet wurde. Der Bau auf einem L-förmigen Grundriss ergänzt mit seinen Backsteinfassaden gut die ursprüngliche architektonische Gestaltung des Areals. Zu seiner Renovierung wurde die Methode einer schonenden Konversion unter Bewahrung des bisherigen Aussehens gewählt, was durch Minimaleingriffe in die Fassaden in Form eines Durchbruchs für den Eingang des neu eingerichteten Cafés und Austausch der nicht ursprünglichen Fenster gegen Kopien mit Originalgliederung erzielt wurde. Die Nutzung des 1. Obergeschosses für Verwaltungszwecke erlaubte die Beibehaltung fast aller Innendispositionen. Neu eingebautes Material wurde so gewählt, dass es dem Geist der Zeit entsprach, in der das Gebäude entstanden ist. Die Akzentuierung lag auf der Renovierung der Haupträume, indem Originalfliesen und -verkleidungen der erhalten gebliebenen Bauteile kontrastierend durch technizistische Elementen ergänzt wurden. |
